CLP規則(Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures)は、GHSに基づくEUにおける物質および混合物の分類、表示および包装に関する規則であり、2009年1月20日に施行された。これまでのEUの分類、表示および包装システム(指令 67/548/EEC、指令 1999/45/EC)にGHSを導入し、高いレベルでの人の健康と環境を保護し、物質と混合物などの化学物質の自由な流通を目的として作成された。REACH規則と密接に関連し、化学物質の分類、表示及び包装などの安全性情報を伝達する重要なツールである。

ECHAのリスク評価委員会は、CLP物質の分類表示の調和化提案(CLH)について意見を公募し、その意見を検討した上でCLH提案を評価する。

ECHAは以下の8物質の分類表示の調和化提案(CLH)について意見公募を開始した。
